Colonel William E. Weber, U.S. Army (Ret.)

Colonel William E. Weber is Chairman of the Korean War Veterans Memorial Foundation. After a distinguished 37-year-long career with the U.S. Army, he was appointed in 1987 by President Reagan to the Advisory Board that oversaw the design and construction of the Korean War Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC. His decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star, Bronze Star with V, Legion of Merit with Palm, Purple Heart with 2 Palms, and Army Commendation Medal with Palm.
